Mike is the Customer Success Director for Marketo APAC. Mike’s role in directing the team is one that spans the full spectrum of client engagement from the early stages of discovery, understanding the current capability and aligning the Marketo capabilities and expertise to ensuring customer success.
Mike has been focused on enabling marketing within his clients to deliver engaging digital experiences for the last 15 years, in Industries including Telco, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, and Government.
Mike’s passion, and his team’s passion is maximising the moments that matter - the moments of truth - in customer interactions so that every communication has the greatest possible relevance and impact.
Mike’s experience has enabled him to enhance his client’s ability to create an engaging experience for customers on web sites, mobile sites/apps, via email, sms, social media, and paid media. The key element in delivering a seamless customer experience is being able to listen to the customer - track their interactions with your brand and their responses to your communication. Achieving this coherently across all digital touch points is a challenge that Mike and his team has experience in delivering.
