Jessica completed her PhD in marketing at the Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne in 2014. She worked previously as a marketing manager for Lululemon Athletica, a Canada-based international retailer of yoga- inspired athletic apparel. Jessica teaches the first year undergraduate introduction to marketing course and does research across a variety of areas including service automation and sport marketing. She has presented her research at numerous international academic conferences as well as to industry audiences including Spark New Zealand. Jessica has also commented on news stories for media outlets including TVNZ’s Breakast show, FairGo, The New Zealand Herald and Radio New Zealand.
