How are tickets delivered?

Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your unique reference code and barcode – this is your E-Ticket and entry to the event. You must bring this E-Ticket to the event, either on your smartphone, or by printing it off. Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode.

What to do if I didn't receive, or I lost, my E-Ticket?

Each E-Ticket can only be used once, and it is your responsibility to protect your ticket and barcode. If you did not receive your E-Ticket, or you would like it re-sent, please contact the ad:tech team via [email protected] or phone +61 2 8923 8308.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes – you will then be able to add as many "additional attendees" to your booking as required, and the total cost will reflect the total number of passes required. Each E-ticket is delivered to the individual email address used during registration for each registrant. If you have any questions about how group bookings work, please contact us.

Can I transfer my pass?

Yes – substitutions will gladly be accepted at any time prior to the conference with written consent from the original registrant. All substitutions must be submitted to the ad:tech team at [email protected]. Please note, passes cannot be transferred or swapped between different people during the event (November 16).

What currency are prices in?

ad:tech Auckland, run by Comexposium New Zealand Ltd for trading/registration purposes and all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars NZD). The name that will appear on your statement will be Comexposium. If you have any questions, please contact us.
